(02) About

Digvijay Singh

A strategist who ships.

I started as a software engineer, learned structured problem-solving at McKinsey, built a company from zero at Antler and scaled a live-entertainment format across three continents at Fever. Most recently I led a 0→1 vertical at Revolut.

Alongside, I build AI products end to end, from the first customer interview to evals, deployment and handover. Strategy tells you what to build. Building tells you whether the strategy was right.

What I do

  • 01

    Growth Strategy

Market entry, pricing and the business case leadership signs off on.

  • 02

    AI & LLM Products

From prompt to production: data, evals, guardrails, cost and rollout.

  • 03

    Forward Deployment

Embedded with the customer until the system works on their data, in their workflow.

  • 04

    Web Design

Fast, bilingual, motion-rich sites that turn visitors into bookings.

  • 05

    360° Marketing for SMEs

Brand, website, paid social and bookings, run as one system.

From first interview to handover.

  1. 01 / 05

    Discover

Sit with the people who own the problem. Interview, observe, and challenge the premise before building anything.

  2. 02 / 05

    Model

Turn it into numbers: the business case, the data, and the one metric that will say it worked.

  3. 03 / 05

    Build

Ship the smallest thing that proves value, measured with evals, not vibes.

  4. 04 / 05

    Deploy

Into the real workflow, on the customer’s data, with security and cost under control.

  5. 05 / 05

    Hand over

Runbooks, training and clear ownership, so it keeps working after I leave.

Where I learned it.

  1. Revolut

    0→1 vertical · Strategy & OperationsMadrid · Jul–Oct 2026

Led a new vertical from a blank mandate: business case, five-year plan, multi-market expansion and the full product roadmap.

  2. Fever

    Growth Strategy Senior AssociateMadrid

Scaled a touring live-entertainment format from 4 to 12 markets across Europe, APAC and North America in 20 months. Attendance tripled and portfolio revenue grew 58%, with marketing held under 15% of revenue. Built the Python pricing and demand-forecasting engine behind it.

  3. Antler

    Founder in ResidenceAmsterdam

Co-founded a platform to measure and cut Scope 3 digital carbon emissions, designed against EU CSRD reporting. Took it from customer discovery to MVP.

  4. Loyal Ecosystem

    Management ConsultantLisbon

Go-to-market for a pharmaceutical launch in Portugal and Spain, lifting early engagement 15%. Geospatial market-entry strategy for a micromobility client.

  5. IE Business School

International MBA + MSc Big Data & Business AnalyticsMadrid

IE Scholarship for Technology and Innovation. President of the Astropreneurship & Space Industry Club.

  6. McKinsey & Company

    AnalystNew Delhi

Automated global vendor benchmarking and cut run time by 80%. Built executive dashboards and live reporting pipelines for clients across Europe and the Middle East.

  7. Staffordshire University

    BEng (Hons) Software EngineeringUnited Kingdom

For businesses Running a business? AI where it actually pays, and pilots that reach production. See how I can help

Notes from the work.

  1. 01 Evals before vibes How to know an LLM feature works before anyone relies on it: labelled cases, honest intervals, and no numbers the model is allowed to invent. 3 min read
  2. 02 Forward deployment for a 20-person business The way AI companies embed with enterprise customers works even better for a small business, cut down to one workflow and one owner. 3 min read
  3. 03 The business case is the first prototype When the mandate is vague, build the business case first, because it is the cheapest thing you will ever get wrong. 3 min read
